NFMC Communications Specialist Scott Heiberger and research partner Dr. Jim Evans, University of Illinois, are attending the Agricultural Media Summit in Indianapolis. Heiberger and Evans are finishing a pilot project aimed at improving media coverage of farm safety, Laying a New Foundation for Engaging Agricultural Media Gatekeepers in Covering Agricultural Safety and Health. The project is funded by the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center at the University of Minnesota.
