Farm safety will be the focus of the Women in Agriculture Network Fall Seminar scheduled for September 13 in Morris, Minnesota. The seminar, "Women run the farm: Understanding the business and keeping my family safe" will be hosted by University of Minnesota Extension and USDA Farm Service Agency and held at the West Central Research and Outreach Center from 8:30 to 3:30. Topics include how to create a culture of safety on your farm and how to balance priorities on farm safety. A tour of the West Central Research and Outreach Center will highlight new ideas for farming practices.
