This program is geared toward emergency receivers, first responders, and safety and maintenance personnel at hospitals and health care facilities. Included is a review of the Incident Command System, Personal Protective Equipment, how to select the right PPE, and how to put it on and take it off properly. A review of decontamination shelters and procedures, and hands on simulation ties the day together.

This course may be of particular interest to the ag community as the focus is on proper decon procedures for pesticides, anhydrous amonia and other chemicals encountered in agricultural settings.

The course fee includes all PPE, materials, books, and CEU credits.  This course offers 8 Continuing Education Hours.
